Washed Out - You and I (Feat. Caroline Polachek from Chairlift)

New Washed Out single. This is pretty good; sounds like Ernest Greene’s getting the sand out from between his toes and taking his beach shades off. It’s definitely less summery than his previous chillwave excursions, and now there’s that ecstatic glow-in-the-dark cloud wrapped around it. Definitely a song for the night.

Reminds me a little of Four Tet’s latest, and doesn’t that sultry, spoken bridge sound like it’d drop nicely in an Air track?
